As the looping cycle of time progresses, so too will players as they discover ways to break the loop, uncover upgrades to their health and ammunition supplies, and eventually take down The Nightmare Machine, the source of Ranger\u2019s planar prison.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can check out a trailer above to get a taste of what to expect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some fans believe there may be more surprises at Quakecon this week, with Raven\u2019s brilliant 2009&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pushsquare.com\/games\/ps3\/wolfenstein\">Wolfenstein<\/a>&nbsp;reboot also rumoured to get a re-release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For now, I\u2019m more than satisfied with this new Quake campaign \u2013 and if you want in on the fun, both the original game and its sequel are heavily discounted on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/store.playstation.com\/en-gb\/product\/EP1003-PPSA01881_00-PROJECTSILVER000\"><strong>PS Store<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;right now, and can be picked up for a few bucks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There\u2019s never been a better time to own a copy of Quake \u2013 well, other than in 1996, I suppose.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ahead of this weekend\u2019s Quakecon, it\u2019s time to frag like it\u2019s 1996!
